908 Fesler Street Swan Seekers Network was established in 1989 as the first strictly Swarovski Crystal Brokerage service. Listing your retired items for sale is free of charge. We have approximately 6,000 pieces listed for sale. This changes on a daily basis as new items are listed and sold. We publish ‘The Crystal Gallery’ three times a year. This list is found on the main page site under the heading of 'The Crystal Gallery' which is updated every week. Unfortunately we have discontinued the news brief which included stories and photographs about the Swarovski Crystal world. We offer unbiased information to any interested Swarovski collector and are happy to answer you questions or assist you with pricing. Hours: Monday, Wednesday Swan Seekers Policies and Prices All items must come through Swan Seekers for inspection. Sellers are responsible to ship and insure the item to Swan Seekers. Buyers are charged a handling fee of $10.00 per item. (maximum of $30.00 per order) to absorb the liability costs, labor, and re-packaging materials. Buyer is also charged actual shipping and insurance costs. If an item is unacceptable due to flaws, the flaws will be marked with a red arrow or dot, and the item will be returned C.O.D. to the seller. PLEASE inspect your items thoroughly before listing them, and again before shipping them to Swan Seekers. If we catch some of these little problems, it will save a lot of time, frustration and disappointment. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE CLEAN YOUR CRYSTAL!!! Once an item is inspected and has no problems, your check will be issued at the end of the following week. The sooner you ship it to us, the sooner you will receive payment. Swan Seekers will shoulder the responsibility at that time. All transactions are made in ‘Good Faith’. If an item has been ordered and is already on it’s way to Swan Seekers, there will be a charge of $20.00 per item for cancellation. This will be split by the seller and Swan Seekers to reimburse the return postage and insurance costs. In addition, if a credit card has been charged prior to cancellation, the buyer will be assessed all credit card fees. In the case of multiple items in an order, when 2 or 3 items have arrived, we will put through a charge for those items so that we can pay the sellers as soon as possible. Usually this will be discussed with the buyer when thay make a multiple order. As always, the cost of shipping, customs and duties outside the United States will be paid for by the buyer. Please list as much as you would like (it’s free) however we would appreciate your letting us know when an item is sold elsewhere, or to a private party, as it will save time and unnecessary phone calls. Also, when you would like to update your listings, just give is a call, and we will send you a computer print out to mark up and return. Set the price YOU want to receive and we will add on our commission ($30.00 per item up to $150.00, 25% from $151.00 - $3000.00, 20% from $3001.00 - $4000.00, and 15% above that).
